COVID-19
Dear Hanpeau Tribe,
UPDATE 1: 26th March 2020
As we are all aware, the world is dealing with a crisis that we have never seen before in our generation. This Corona virus otherwise known as COVID-19 has now started affecting Nigerians. During this unprecedented time, I want to address our stance on this issue as it relates to operations, orders and pre-orders, delivery and so on.
To remain focused on the health and well-being of our customers, our third party clients and members of our larger tribe, we have taken some measures.
We are currently operating delivery for orders only in ABUJA so that we can adhere to the guidelines stated by the NCDC and the curfews set by some state governments. We are currently placing a hold on any new pre-orders and we will be contacting people that have already pre-ordered to make arrangements on suitable solutions.
With regards to our products that are out of stock, we are unable to replenish our stock as the international airports in Nigeria have banned Commercial & Cargo flights into the country. We will continue to monitor the situation and will make updates to this policy accordingly.
UPDATE 2: 18th April 2020
The world unfortunately is still dealing with the pandemic since my last email. We have witnessed deaths beyond what we can fathom and everyday the situation seems to be getting worse. From my last email, there were only a handful of cases in Abuja, however the report today is that community transmission has set in. This is what everybody was dreading as this could lead to a spike in the number of new cases.
To remain focused on the health and well-being of our customers, our third party clients and members of our larger tribe, we have had to make some decisions.
Over the last few weeks, we had to shut down nationwide delivery and provide services only for our ABUJA tribe. As it is becoming more difficult to prevent infection, I have decided to temporarily shut down the store for the near future whilst continuing to monitor events. I understand that some of our ABUJA tribe may want to continue stocking up on their essentials, so I will give you a little time to put in last minute orders.
The store has sold out on most of our products, however we have a few products in stock and I have decided to give a 10% off discount on the products currently in stock. The discount is only for our subscribers and should activate once subscribers check out using their email address. You can sign up to our newsletter to access this discount and more!

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and I hope that this does not remain our status quo for long.
